SRS Real Estate Partners announced today the $6.92 million sale of Ocala Shops, a multi-tenant retail property located at 2505 SW College Road in Ocala, FL. Built in 2022 and situated on 1.65 acres, the 10,000-square-foot property is fully occupied by Tropical Smoothie Café (with drive-thru), Banfield Pet Hospital, and Mission BBQ.
SRS Capital Markets Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt, Executive Vice President & Principal William Wamble, and Associate Jake Iacovella, who are based in Florida, represented the seller, a Florida-based developer. The buyer was a private investor from New York City who was in a 1031 exchange.

Ocala Shops is located directly off Interstate 75 and fronts SW College Road, the primary retail and commuter corridor serving Ocala and the immediate market area.
