SRS Real Estate Partners announces the promotion of Jason Kaiser to Co-Market Leader in the firm’s Orlando office. Kaiser will partner with John Artope to help drive SRS’ strategic growth across Central Florida, one of the company’s key markets in the Southeast. Artope has served as Executive Vice President with SRS and market leader in Orlando since 2002.
Kaiser brings nearly two decades of experience and deep market expertise to his expanded role. Throughout his 18-year tenure with SRS, he has played a critical role in the success of the Orlando office. He has a strong track record in tenant rollouts, owner representation, acquisitions, and dispositions.

He has also worked extensively with Formosa Developers, LRG Investors, NGI Investments, and Paradigm Developers. In recognition of his outstanding performance and client service, Jason was named a Top Producer at SRS in 2024.
A graduate of Florida State University, Kaiser is also an active leader in the commercial real estate community. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has served as president of the CCIM Florida Chapter and as Region 8 vice president.
