SRS Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt discussed the state of capital markets and the difficulty in identifying a peak of any valuation or market with Commercial Property Executive.
“We are nearing a point of equilibrium or can sense that point coming in the near term, which should call for cap rate expansion to level off with slight compression of cap rates for specific assets, tenants and geographies,” Nutt said.
