Guarantee of Value

If we have not provided value, in terms of time, money, and qualitative issues while performing our duties, we will waive all or part of our fees at the reasonable discretion of our client.

The SRS Guarantee of Value allows for a rebate of fees paid for invoiced services rendered. If you were not satisfied with your service, we request the following steps be completed to ensure that we provide the best possible service to our clients.

• Provide written notice within ten business days of receipt of the invoice
• Include a written summary with the reason for the requested fee reduction
• Accept a meeting with SRS to share feedback, so that we can improve moving forward
