W.M. Grace Companies is one of the largest and oldest developers in the state of Arizona. The Company was founded in 1966 by W.M. “Bill Grace”. As a General Contractor, Bill believed there was a better way to meet a client’s needs in construction and development. His idea of bringing all trades under one roof was so sensible, yet seen as radical at the time. Within 10 years they used the Design/Build process to construct and develop retail, casinos, and hotels in over 24 states. Over the last 49 years, they have been lucky enough to build or develop over 300 projects totaling more than 30 million square feet.
