Patrick Nutt

Executive Vice President & Market Leader

Patrick Nutt joined SRS as executive vice president for the Capital Markets team and market leader in the Fort Lauderdale office in 2019. He leads the Fort Lauderdale office where he is tasked with recruiting and expansion efforts in the region and elevating the SRS brand throughout Florida. Additionally, Patrick Co-heads the Capital Markets team for SRS, a group of 50 investment sales professionals who in 2022 managed over 760 transactions with an aggregate value of nearly $2.9 Billion in net lease real estate. Patrick has more than 15 years of net-lease-focused experience, primarily representing developers and institutional clients in facilitating the purchase and sale of single and multi-tenant net-leased assets across retail, office, industrial and medical use properties. Over his career, he has personally lead transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion across more than 650 transactions. Prior to SRS, Patrick was Managing Partner at Calkain Companies where he oversaw the company’s private market brokerage division, collaborated on strategic planning for the company, and served as the company spokesman for public relations and industry events. He has been recognized as a top producer in his career a total of eight times, and every year since 2016. He was also recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as a Top 30 Under 30 in 2008 and as one of Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011.

Patrick is a graduate of the University of Florida where he is now an advisory board member for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. He is also a member of ICSC, and ARC Broward, an organization that works within the community to change how people with developmental disabilities and life challenges are embraced and included. He is a responsible fisherman, working with The Billfish Foundation to advance the conservation of billfish and associated species to improve the health of oceans and economies.
