Don possesses a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to retailers. He is a well-respected retail real estate professional who specializes in tenant representation and development advisory services.

Don understands strategic, multi-market expansion planning and implementation, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores. He has extensive knowledge of retail development, build-to-suit development, and has designed and executed multi-market expansion programs for a variety of retailers and entertainment operators. As a market leader and master broker in the U.S., Don’s extensive scope of knowledge for broker management, strategic planning, multi-service account coordination, and transaction execution culminates into a winning client strategy. Some of those clients include Staples, McDonald’s, Chipotle, Devialet, Fossil, Hollywood Theatres, Ann Taylor, Neobio Family Park, Pier I Imports, Pop Mart, Regal Cinemas, Sunflower Farmers Market, Darden Restaurants, Bape, American Eagle Outfitters, Red Robin, Outback Steakhouse, Walmart/Sam’s Club, State & Liberty, Shoe Carnival, % Arabica Coffee, Carhatt WIP, The Good Feet Store, Arc’Teryx, and Dr. Martens.

Don studied communications the University of Colorado in Boulder. His awards include the following:

Previously based in Denver, Don worked in Hong Kong for nine years before moving back to the U.S. and is currently based out of San Francisco. He is very familiar with the Asian retail landscape. His on-the-ground broker network covers all the relevant cities in Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. Some of Don’s clients in Asia include American Eagle Outfitters, Aerie, Ashley Furniture, Urban Outfitters, Carl’s Jr., Outback Steakhouse, UA Cinemas, Walmart, and Sam’s Club.
